After placing an order online you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address associated with your customer account. If you cannot find the order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder.
To view your order history and delivery statuses, log in to your online account and go to ‘My Orders’.
If you have placed an order via the phone or mail and you do not have an email registered on your account, you will not receive an order confirmation email. You can add an email address to your existing customer account by:
- calling 01626 897123 (8am–6pm, Monday–Friday excl. bank holidays)
- clicking here to submit a support request via email
- starting a live chat by clicking the button in the lower right corner of your screen
