If you are a catalogue customer and have previously ordered via phone or mail, your customer account will need to be enabled for online use. To protect your privacy and online security, we cannot do this unless you ask us to.
To enable your existing customer account for online use, using your preferred email address, please contact customer services by:
- calling 01626 897123 (8am–6pm, Monday–Friday excl. bank holidays)
- clicking here to submit a support request via email
- starting a live chat by clicking the button in the lower right corner of your screen
Please note that your online account will not be updated with phone or mail orders that were placed prior to the creation of your online account.
