After you have placed an order there is a short time frame in which you can update the order quantity, billing address, delivery address and payment method, providing the order has not yet been despatched. To do this, you need to contact our customer services team with your order number and required amendment/s as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
Please note that we may occasionally recommend that the initial order is cancelled and refunded so that a new order with the required amendment/s can be made.
