We are happy to support any enquiry regarding the return of goods where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us. You can return any item and receive a full refund within 15 days of the date you received your order.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item(s) at our Postscript Returns Office and will be made via the method of payment used when the order was placed. Refunds for orders where the payment was made by cheque will be made via bank transfer. It can take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear on your statement.
