When your parcel has been received and processed at our Postscript Returns Office you will receive an email confirmation informing you that your return has been processed and that your refund has been made via the method of payment used when the order was placed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement.
If you have returned an order that you placed via the phone or mail and you do not have an email registered on your account, you will not receive an email confirmation informing you about your return.
You can add an email address and enable your existing customer account for online use, or enquire about your refund by:
