If you have followed the steps required to change your password and are still having problems logging in, we recommend trying the following options:
- Your browser may be storing your old password and trying to auto-apply it to the password field. You should try clearing any saved passwords for our website and typing your new password into the password field on the login page. Methods for clearing your old password differ between devices and browsers. You may need to consult the user guide for your device to find out how to clear your saved passwords.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see the ‘Reset your password’ email in your inbox
- For online security purposes our ‘reset your password’ link is only valid for 2 hours and can only be clicked once. If you do not complete the reset password process within 2 hours you will need to go back to the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login page and restart
- If you have clicked ‘Forgot your password’ more than once and have received more than one ‘Reset your Password’ email, you must use the most recent link as older links will no longer be valid.
- Consider clearing cookies for our site. Doing this will differ between devices and browsers and you may need to consult the user guide for your device.
