Resetting your password is quick and easy when you follow the online prompts. We understand this can cause frustration and have set out the following steps to help you reset your password and log in with ease:
- Click on ‘Login’ at the top of the website homepage
- Select ‘Forgot Your Password,’ which is located underneath the ‘Sign in’ button
- Enter the email address you used when you opened your account and click ‘Send’. A success banner will notify you that we have sent a reset your password email to the email address you entered.
- You will quickly receive an email with a link to reset your password, which is valid for 2 hours. If you cannot see this email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Once you have located the reset your password email and clicked the ‘reset password’ link, you will be redirected to the reset password page.
- Enter your new password in the required fields. For online security purposes, your password must contain a mixture of upper and lowercase characters, numbers and special characters. A success banner will notify you that your password has been successfully changed.
- Return to the ‘Login’ page where you can now enter your email address and new password. Please note that your browser may store your old password. You will need to type your new password into the password field rather than use your old, stored password.
