Tracking links work best when they are clicked directly from the despatch email. You should not copy and paste the tracking link.
If your tracking link is not working or it shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you can contact our customer services team by:
- calling 01626 897123 (8am–6pm, Monday–Friday excl. bank holidays)
- clicking here to submit a support request via email
- starting a live chat by clicking the button in the lower right corner of your screen
