Order status with Postscript
To check your order status log in, click on ‘My Account’ and go to ‘My Orders’. Please note that orders placed by phone and mail will show in your online account providing your email address is associated with an enabled online account.
If you used guest checkout you can check the status of your order any time by clicking here. You will need your order number to hand, and you can find this on your order confirmation email.
If you have any queries about your order status, or how to enable your offline account for online access, you can contact customers services by:

- clicking here to submit a support request via email
- starting a live chat by clicking the button in the lower right corner of your screen
Order status with the courier
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a despatch confirmation email which will include a link to your courier tracking information. To track your order once it is out for delivery, click the link in the despatch confirmation email.
For international orders, please note that tracking is only available up to the point at which your order reaches the country of destination.
