Why do we charge for ParcelShop collection orders?

We are an ecommerce and mail order bookseller, and do not sell our books in shops. This means that customers are not able to collect their orders directly from us. Instead, we offer a click and collect service to ParcelShops, with orders going through the courier network and therefore incurring a delivery charge.
